Key Responsibilities;
• Welcoming customers in a warm, confident and open manner to encourage them to ask for assistance.
• Directing shopper/consumer to ‘right fit’ product per their requested needs.
• Ensuring shopper is well supported till he/she checks out at the till.
• Responsible for timely product item ordering, correct display arrangement & replenishment cycle.
• Ensure ample stock for fast moving items, while taking steps to clear out slow moving product items.
• Aggressively identifying out of stock items, placing orders with back office.
• Responsible for ensuring special offers/discounts are suggested.
• Responsible for reporting, sharing insights on ways to promote dead or slow moving item stock.
• Responsible for shelf product security, information & pricing – tags, special offers, POSM, labels etc.
• Responsible for cleanliness and space management for designated section/categories.
• Noting down current, new customer requests, insights and sharing the feedback for action as required.
• Ensuring section is well attended to with reliever/other when initiating the leave request with the manager.
Qualifications;
• Must have a Diploma/degree in sales and marketing or related field.
• Must have above 2 years experience in the retail sector.
• Multinational experience would be an added advantage.
• Must be 23 years and above.
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must be self motivated.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Have an interest in health food and supplements.
