Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and prepare clientele database for planning and identifying clients’ needs.
• Sourcing of new clients in different industry sectors.
• Liaising with the technical and marketing department and all other departments to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
• Prepare visit work plan for clients for optimum utilization of time and resources.
• Visit, service and build relations to clients to maintain loyalty and optimize revenue.
• Achieve set sales targets in line with budget for profitability of the company.
• Prepare, close sales contracts and deals to key accounts to generate maximum revenue.
• Promote the company products and services to create awareness and generate sales and revenue.
• Gather market intelligence to identify threats and opportunities so as to maintain a competitive edge and generate sales.
• Prepare sales report for management information and performance evaluation and monitoring.
Qualification:
• Must a minimum of 2 years in sales of roofing solutions.
• Must have a minimum of diploma in sales and marketing.
• Must be a natural sales person who has excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle customer enquiries and needs independently.
• Be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proven track record in sales and/or marketing.
• Ability to convince a customer and good in closing deals.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
