that provides tertiary and secondary level healthcare services.

International from USA, the University Hospital has been providing high quality
care for the people of East Africa and beyond for over 50 years
S/he
will manage a small team and will be responsible to ensure availability of
quality meals, cooking supplies and equipment used in the kitchen.
Applicants must possess KCSE minimum grade of C and a Certificate in Food Production from a reputable Institution with at least five (5) years’ relevant work experience in an Institutional food production set-up.
S/he
should have sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation; Training in HACCP
Management System will be an added advantage.
The
ideal candidate should be computer literate with good organizational and
communication skills as well as have knowledge of menu planning.
